LÁSZLÓ ÁRVA (Budapest, 1949) completed his degree in economics in 1974 and worked for two years as a consultant in Laos and then in London. After 1990 he served as President of the Office of Small Business Development in Hungary, and later was financial adviser to the Hungarian Embassy in Paris. He is a member of the faculty at the École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers, a business school in France.
